Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Strategy Sessions (Booked Online) Thank you for scheduling a Strategy Session. Your time is valuable — and so is ours. To ensure fairness, preparation quality, and scheduling integrity, the following policy applies to all sessions booked online. 1. Payment & Confirmation All Strategy Sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Your session is confirmed once payment is received. 2. Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule your session one (1) time with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the session fee. To reschedule, please use the original booking confirmation link or contact our office directly. 3. Cancellation Policy Strategy Sessions are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, you may: Apply your payment toward a future session (to be used within 30 days), or Transfer your session to another approved attendee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in forfeiture of the session fee. 4. No-Shows Failure to attend your scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the full session fee. No refunds or credits will be issued. 5. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time out of respect for other clients. Additional time cannot be guaranteed.
