Firm Foundation Business Strategies

Thank you for purchasing services, courses, or event tickets from Firm Foundation Business Strategies (“FFBS”). This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

1. Coaching & Consulting Services

All payments for coaching or consulting sessions, packages, or mentorship programs are non-refundable once booked.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Missed appointments without prior notice may be forfeited without refund.

This ensures FFBS can maintain scheduling integrity and dedicate time to all clients fairly.

2. Workshops, Conferences, and Events

Tickets for workshops, conferences, or other events may be refunded or transferred under the following conditions:

Refunds: Available if requested 14 business days prior to the event date.
Transfers: Tickets may be transferred to another person if FFBS is notified 2 days in advance.
No refunds: After the stated refund period or after the event has started.

Event cancellations by FFBS will result in a full refund to all registered participants.

3. Online Courses, Digital Products, or Materials

All online courses, downloadable content, or digital products are non-refundable due to the immediate delivery and nature of the products.

If you encounter technical issues or are unable to access your purchase, please contact FFBS at info@foundationsbizstrategies.net for support.

4. Payment Processing

All refunds, when applicable, will be issued via the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to process, depending on your financial institution.
